The Challenge

Allianz asked SwissVBS to help them prepare their sales force to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing business environment. Part of the challenge was the sheer size of Allianz's current training program – an outdated CD-ROM based program consisting of over 80-hours of content!

Our Solution

SwissVBS replaced the entire curriculum with a truly transformational solution. We created a vast 3D world ("Insurance Land"), inhabited by true-to-life customers who find themselves in complex insurance situations. Not only did this program introduce a storyline that draws each learner in; it also replaced the rote memorization of product information with an approach that allowed Allianz to reach its strategic goal: the transformation of its sales force into sophisticated consultants, able to create customized insurance solutions for individualized customers.

SwissVBS also provided Allianz with a customized, high-performance Learning Management System. Without compromising security, participants were able to work off-line from remote locations, confident that their progress, data, and results would be synced up next time their computer logged.
