We look forward to meeting you.In 2012, Learntec celebrated its 20th anniversary. 200 exhibitors and more than 6,000 visitors from 11 countries joined this leading trade fair to catch up on current issues in professional education, learning and IT.
SwissVBS’ focus at this year’s Learning Technologies was "Mobile Learning", which was also reflected in a new visual booth appearance. Visitors had the opportunity to get detailed information about innovative learning concepts for sales and marketing. In addition to the bridge building between Flash and the iPad/iPhone, the modular approach of SwissVBS’s mobile solutions based on micro-learning apps received much attention.
Executive Director Dr. Sebastian Frankenberger gave a positive review: "We are convinced that outstanding learning campaigns not only have to be didactically well thought through and properly implemented; first and foremost they should attract the learner’s attention and motivate them to participate. In my opinion, our solutions satisfy these needs and clearly differentiate SwissVBS from other providers. The feedback we received is encouraging: we have received more inquiries than ever before."
In 2012, SwissVBS participated at the Learning Technologies in London for the first time. Once a year learning and development professionals visit the trade exhibition, which opened its doors for the 13th year on January 29. SwissVBS’s innovative, as well as creative learning campaigns generated excitement.
Global Sales & Marketing Director Marco Schulten sums it up: "Although the English-speaking market works in a different way, the requirements are comparable: nobody wants to deal with boring training. We were able to demonstrate to our visitors how to enable companies to captivate employees, empower them, and guide them along a strategic path of transformation. The positive feedback we received encouraged us to intensify our engagement in the UK."
To remain innovative and competitive, companies must constantly transform themselves. This involves the movement of hundreds, if not thousands, of people in the same direction, at the same time. A formidable challenge!
SwissVBS’s web-centered educational campaigns help some of the world’s largest and most prestigious organizations – including Deutsche Bank, BMW, Allianz, and SAP - realize their long-term strategies, managing both change and talent, strengthening their competitiveness and their market position.
