1. Assist each user in understanding the main concepts by answering questions or engaging in discussions related to the content.
2. Ensure each user fully completes the online course by monitoring progress at regular intervals.
3. Challenge users to apply their knowledge to their own work situation by asking key questions and providing simple methodologies.

In group scenarios where numerous users are going through the same course, eMentors:

1. Enrich learning by encouraging collaboration and discussion among participants.
2. Guide and focus the participants to help them move through the content together.
3. Provide reports, which allow managers and/or users to see the results of the group in terms of completion percentage or test score at regular intervals.
